Emmett Idaho:
Gem County is nestled in the foothills of Southwest Idaho’s Boise National Forest, and is a land of diverse geology. The rugged Payette River cuts its way through the Southern end of the County creating the Payette River Valley.
Emmett is found in this “Valley of Plenty” 24 miles from the city of Boise. A small town with friendly neighbors, great schools and plenty of shopping, Emmett is truly the “GEM” of Idaho.

Emmett is only a short drive away from the cosmopolitan style living found in the state capitol located in Boise. Boise is one of two metropolitan areas in Idaho.
Emmett is also close to Eagle Island State Park, Boise National Forest, NorthWest Nazarene University, and Bogus Basin Ski Resort. Emmett is truly the gateway to the great Idaho outdoors.
